- How much value are customers getting from your website?
- How easy is it for them to get this value?
- Is it possible and convenient for them to add value back? For other customers? For you?
- Is this value and ease of getting value in their view of the world, or in yours?
- What is the interaction and community aspect of your website? What are the bonds your customers have to you, and to this community?
